ABOUT ME
In a career spanning over 36 years, I have risen through the ranks from an office junior to holding several positions as an executive board director. From day one in my career, I have specialised in legal debt recovery and the enforcement of judgments. I have worked for several leading legal businesses and enforcement companies.
As well as focusing on legal operations for many years, my career has evolved to include focusing on client relationship management, client & business development, sales & marketing, communications, public relations and events management.
I am proud to have supported my professional bodies and associations throughout my career and have held executive board positions with:

I have found supporting my fellow professionals very rewarding and I love having the opportunity to give back to those communities that have supported me over the years as well as new entrants to the profession and those developing their careers.
I am in the unique position of having experience across all aspects of credit management having worked in operational credit management, legal debt recovery, High Court enforcement as well as working as a Court Official.
I am proud to have been personally recommended by several clients for Debt Recovery in The Legal 500 across several regions of the UK including London and the West Midlands. My teams have been ranked in Band One for Debt Recovery.
I have been recognised by The Credit 500 Index as one of the most influential people working in consumer and commercial credit. I have also been listed in The Credit 500 all time Hall of Fame to recognise my significant contribution to the credit industry.
I was delighted to be shortlisted as an Outstanding Leader in Marketing by The Leadership Awards in recognition of my contribution to promoting various services in the sector by using all the communication channels available to me.
I am very proud to be a Champion of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and my roles have included being a member of the Global DE&I Leadership Group and Steering Group for a leading global legal business. My work in this field has been recognised over the years by the FT, Daily Telegraph and PwC’s Rainbow Power List. I am proud to be a Co-Founder of The Alliance Network, which, represents LGBTQ+ employees, their allies and employers across hundreds of businesses of all sizes across all sectors.
